The next FRW meeting will feature Former Friendswood City Council members John LeCour (current GOP Party Chair) and Janis "encyclopedia of Friendswood" Lowe speaking on the importance of City Charters and voting in local elections.  The meeting is free and open to the public!

 

Meet us at Perry's in Friendswood at 11:15 (if you want to order lunch).  Speakers will start about 11:30.  Bring a guest!  We have got to get new voters involved in the City elections—if you can't control the local government, how can you possibly hope to even influence politics on the State or National levels!?  Remembers Early Voting Starts Monday April 26!

 

Thursday evening, there will be a League of Women Voters forum for City Council candidates at 6:30 at Windsong Intermediate School.  See which candidates thought it important enough to show up!  There will be a Republican County-wide candidates forum Monday April 26 at Dunbar Estates at 7:00 pm.
