Hello

Hello to all SD11 Republican volunteers!  I have the blog up and running again and can finally get information out to you again.  Please send the word and ask all to sign up at www.srecsd11.com.  I hope to get the website updated and current again soon.  Please send me your club meeting information so I can update the announcement section of our blog and advertise your meetings.  I hope to stay up on all of that information so I need to know every-ones current meeting locations and times.  I know a lot of the women's clubs will be off for the summer so let me know when you will be off as well.

 

The convention is getting close and I hope everyone has made plans on attending and has pre-registered through the RPT website which you can get to through a link on our www.srecsd11.com site.  We need all delegates and alternates to register and plan on attending the convention.  It will be a great time and there are opportunities to meet many similar folks across the state as well as all of our elected officials.  We have several break out sessions as well where training can take place and you can network with experienced people with getting out our vote.  There should be lots of receptions and opportunities to mix with plenty of good folks.

 

The main convention will start on Thursday followed by caucuses meeting on Thursday evening and Friday morning where we will do the State Business we need to do.  Friday evening and Saturday will be dedicated for National Business.  The rules and platform committees will be starting there work on Monday prior to the convention so if you have anything you want to say to our committee members let me know and I will get it to them.

 

As always we need volunteers at the registration booth, and to help direct folks around the convention hall, if you can volunteer let me know or go to the state website at www.texasgop.org and go to the convention link and then to the volunteer link to fill out a volunteer form.
