| GOVERNOR'S DISASTER PROCLAMATION As you may know, Governor Abbott declared a disaster on Monday, April 18, in the following counties: Austin, Bastrop, Colorado, Fort Bend, Grimes, Harris, Montgomery, Waller, and Wharton.
